why i could not submit batch?

after finishing my 4 entries...i could not submit batch...always appearing "project instructions" or i re enrty again..😓and again..pls help!..thanks

    your reply is a big help for me..and my ward too..because thats our problem in indexing we could not submit batch...pls enlighten me...thank you

    Hi @maythellingaaonuevollapitan1 . Sometimes having more blank entries than you need causes a problem like you’re describing. In that case, you just delete the extras and you should be able to submit. See below - use the "all blank entries" option with the trashcan icon.

    If this does not help, please "share" your batch by posting (copy/paste) the (share) Batch Code. This is the combination of letters and numbers that begins with M and is found at the end of your batch name. It looks like [MXXX-XXX], and by using it, someone can look at your batch, see what you see and possibly help you better.

    The trashcan icon lets you delete entries. The + sign icon lets you add (empty/blank) entries.

    After you have indexed all of the available records on the image, delete any extra or unused entries in the data entry area.

    On the indexing toolbar, click the icon for Delete Entries.

    In the Delete Entries pop-up window, indicate whether to delete only the current entry or all blank entries.

    Click Delete.
