Sending Names to Temple file

It used to be one could send temples names DIRECTLY to the TEMPLE FILE

Why does it now force us to send names to our personal reservation list which has a max of 300.

we should be able to continue to send names to the TEMPLE file DIRECTLY -- without having to first send them to our personal list.
