Address and location help
I learned that my great grandfather, Andrew August Johnson lived in American Fork, UT in 1908. I am curious to know what was the approximate address where he lived. I also learned that he had a small dry farm in Cedar Valley, UT, but I don't know where.
I went to the county records office and asked if there were tax records, or something that might have an address. I was told I would need an address to be able to look up real estate locations. Right! That is what I am trying to find. Is there another way to research this type of information?

Hello Scot,
We looked in Family Tree at a record we think may be your great grandfather, Andrew August Johnson 20 August 1878 – 18 July 1963 • KW84-6GX. We looked at his sources. There were 71. We looked at the 1910 census. He was listed there, with his wife and 3 small children, living in Pleasant Grove. When we looked at the original document, we could see that he was living at dwelling number 407, and was the 431 number emumerated on that street. We looked at the 1910 census submitted by Langford in 2013. There were no entries listed in the first 2 columns, street address. This was image 44 of 58. We looked clear back to image 1, and looked also to image 58. We could see no indication of the street, although there were cryptic numbers here and there. Perhaps others who know of the layout in Pleasant Grove in 1910, and this particular census, can shed some light on this. You can see who the neighbors were at that time. The images 1 to 58 list dwelling numbers starting at 1 to 521, perhaps Main Street to 6th East. You can look in other census years, 1920, etc., and perhaps get more clues.

Thank you. This encouraged me to look at the other records. There children of Andrew Johnson, Oswald, Reha, and Nina, were born in American Fork, listed on birth and marriage certificates.
