Is the  Operations Guide for Family History Centers 2015 the latest manuel? Is there any changes added to it? If so where do I find them? Thank you.

    If you look at the article it says : The guide will be distributed online through the Family History Callings page on LDS.org. Click "Family History Center Director" and you will find it listed under "Core Training for Your Calling:"

    I can not find a newer one, sorry.

    @gingerhawncooper

    Ginger

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    [ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]

    [ Plus, I have been, a "Staff Member", of "Family History Centres", of the Church, for many of Years ... ]

    FYI

    Short Answer: 'Yes', there has yet, been NO 'Official' Update, such is STILL a long running, 'Work in Progress'.

    Whether it be, a "Version" from, 2013; 2014; 2015; or, whatever, it matters little ... work with what you have ...

    I am lucky, I am from "Downunder" (Australia).

    We did have an OLD Version for "Downunder" (Australia), which I already had, just not on that list.

    Can I humbly suggest, that UNTIL the "Guidelines" are actually "Updated" (which has been 'ongoing' for Years), that one just uses BOTH,

    (1) the "US and Canada" (English); and,

    (2) the "Europe" = English (English),

    simply as a guide; as, a 'work around'.

    That, is what I have been doing, with ours from "Downunder" (Australia); and, that of "US and Canada" (English); plus, that of "Europe" = English (English) - making the most of what I have, 'on-hand'.

    We can only do, what we can ...

    I know that this certainly does not help/assist; but, I hope that this gives you some, insight; and, perspective.

    Brett

    @gingerhawncooper

    You can go to the Tech support community to find resources for Family History Center for New FHC consultants.

    There is a link below for the Tech Support group, you can also find the group while in the community click on groups, in the small search box type Tech, Then click on the icon for the Tech Guys. in upper right you may be asked to sign in and there may also be a join button. There is a wealth of information on the site for Family History Centers. once in the group click on Articles and Tools and tools spreadsheet, in the Excel click on General information and then Resources for a new Stake and Family History center consultant (line 166). There is a lot of information in this article and there is a link to the operations guide.

    Lastly try to attend the Tech Talk Zoom meeting on December 2, 2021 there is a link on the tec page. The zoom meeting is 7pm in Eastern, Pacific or Hawaiian time zone. Pick the one that works with your schedule.

    On the excel spreadsheet there is a link to the power point from November meeting. This will give you an idea of the information shared.

    I hope this information has helped you answer a few questions.
