Simultaneous "Share With Temple" with "Request" Option
Because my limit of reservations of 300 has been exceeded, I cannot request new discoveries. If an alternate choice, "Share With Temple" were a simultaneous option to "Request", then I could share the new discoveries with the temple. As it is, I can neither request or share any new discoveries because the 300 limit has been reached. Please add this new option -- otherwise any new discoveries I fine could be lost (for a long time) in the very large Family Search database.
As a second comment: The new search format in my opinion needs help. It is way too cumbersome compared to its predecessor.

You can also solve this problem by just sharing enough of the reservations on your personal reservation list with the temple to get you well under 300 or just share all of them except your closest deceased ancestors. When names start expiring again, they will move to that list automatically anyway. You can still pull back any names at any time to complete the work yourself if other relatives have not already completed them.

@BADavis I totally agree with Gordon. I keep my personal list between 250 and 280 names so I will have a "cushion" for reserving more names as I find them in my research. Then I share the ones with the temple I want to and print out the ones I want to keep and do right then (like the baptisms). It has worked seamlessly for me. And, as I need more names/ordinances, I go to my shared with the temple list and unshare a few at a time that I want to get done.
