I am using FamilyTree (version 4.2.0) on my iPhone (IOS 15.1 - 21.7GB of 64 GB Used). It is very boggy and locks up quite often. I've refreshed the data often and even powered down my iPhone.

Any ideas?

    Dear Chris:

In some cases it may be helpful to uninstall and reinstall the apps. Sometimes the internet or WIFI connection speed may be too slow.

You may find this Help Center article, to be useful: "What operating systems to the FamilySearch mobile apps require?" The article states that FamilySearch apps require "Operating system version 14 (iOS 14) or higher."

To find the operating system information on an iOS device launch settings, tap "About" or "General", and The number next to version indicates the iOS version.

In my experience, I am finding that the apps are working smoothly on both iOS and Android devices.

Best Wishes in your family history.

    MA
