I would like to order the following publication. How should proceed?

@DirkWeemaes The FamilySearch Catalogue entry is https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/636009 . Provided you are signed, this shows that two of the three volumes are available on your home computer as digitised microfilms. Click on the camera icons. They are items 12, and 4-8 on the respective microfilms, so make sure you scroll though the microfilm (via the thumbnails) until you come to the required items.

Volume 2 is only available to view as a microfilm, and possibly only at the Family History Library in Salt Lake City. It is Items 7-8 on microfilm 1183729. Possibly the reason it is only available to view as a microfilm relates to other items on microfilm 1183729.

Actually the book you mentioned is not what I am looking for, although it is from the same author and with a subject very similar.
