Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
I just took a 'look' at both, ? ( DT7G-LJ2 ); and, Eliza Jane TURNER ( K8B9-F27 )
Short Answer: 'No', you will NOT be able to "Delete" ? ( DT7G-LJ2 ).
By way of an explanation ...
Regarding, a "Question Mark"; as, a "Name", for an individual/person ...
Here is a "Knowledge Article", in 'FamilySearch':
Why does a person's name have a question mark in Family Tree?
Where it states:
Quote
------------------
On 27 June 2016, our systems added a question mark to the name field of any person whose first and last names were blank. You can change a question mark to the correct name if you know it. Otherwise, leave it as a placeholder until you discover the correct name.
Think twice before you delete
Be careful about deleting any relationships where one person is related to another person whose name is represented by a question mark. The question mark could be the result of a merge or some other action that, for now, has removed the name. In time, you or another patron may be able to supply the missing information.
------------------
Therefore ...
You have a couple of options:
[ 1 ]
IF, Eliza Jane TURNER ( K8B9-F27 ), lived to Adulthood; and, "Married"; THEN, ...
▬ Find (or, "Created") her Spouse / Husband in, 'Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch'.
▬ Then, "Merge"/"Combine" that Spouse / Husband, with ? ( DT7G-LJ2 ).
▬ Where, that Spouse / Husband, is the "Surviving" (Record) individual/person
▬ So that, ? ( DT7G-LJ2 ) is "Deleted" (ie. in fact, "Archived").
[ 2 ]
IF, Eliza Jane TURNER ( K8B9-F27 ), died as an Infant/child; or, "Never Married"; THEN, ...
▬ Simply "Remove"/"Detach" ? ( DT7G-LJ2 ), from their "Couple" Relationship.
