Lack of 'reference images' on shared batches in indexing

I receive calls to help indexers with questions concerning their batches quite often. I used to be able to see the reference images so I could help them gleam dates and get handwriting help. Is there an issue with the system, or were they removed on purpose? If they were removed on purpose, PLEASE put them back. How can I train people if I can't explain to them over the phone what they need to look at to help them complete their project? These reference images are a tremendous help for doing batches, if you understand them. Again, PLEASE bring them back.
