Serve the frequent visitors better

Now after having gotten used to the new search form I must still say I hate it that the whole form is not visible at once and I must click on More options and scroll down to access the exact search toggle. And there are two vertical scrollbars on the right which is just stupid and wrong and difficult.

You need to make either a user setting or a single click action that explodes all the options in a condensed form. It is just perverse that the most frequent users of the site are served this bad. I blows my mind.
