Go back to the old temple card printing system
I like to print family names from my tree for my spouse when we go to the temple, and it used to be really easy to do that. Now, with "Ordinances Ready," there are no options to print names for the opposite gender. Please go back to the old way or make it easier for my to find and print names for my spouse for specific ordinances.

FYI
Apart from "Continuous" List of "Reservations", being REPLACED, by the "Paging" (ie. "Pages"); and, NOT being able to select Work on DIFFERENT "Pages", for "Temple" Work, ...
NOTHING, has "Changed", regarding the printing of "Temple" Cards ...
Now ...
That Said ...
"OrdinancesReady" in NOT the answer ...
"OrdinancesReady" was NOT / NEVER. 'Designed'; "Developed'; nor, 'Implemented', to print "Temple" Cards, for the opposite "Gender", to oneself.
As such ...
Please be aware that the "OrdinancesReady" feature/function/facility is ONLY, really, for a quick; and, easy, process of, FINDING; and, PRINTING, the "Temple" Cards, when one is going to visit the "Temple", that day or the next, when one DOES NOT have ANY "Temple" Cards, 'on-hand', available.
The "OrdinancesReady" feature/function/facility is certainly NO substitute, for doing one's due diligence, well IN ADVANCE of visiting the "Temple" of, FINDING; and, PRINTING, the "Temple" Cards, for one's Ancestors, to have 'on-hand', available, through one's "Reservations" List; and/or, normal research.
Just my thoughts.
Here are some "Knowledge Articles" in 'FamilySearch':
How do I find family names for the temple with Ordinances Ready?
Where it states, among other things;

------------------
Ordinances Ready is designed to provide family name cards for the person signed in to the website or the Family Tree app. For example, if you are female, it only searches for ancestors who are likewise female so that you can perform their ordinances.

Ordinances Ready finds names for you that are your **** (that is, male names for male users and female names for female users).

I know that this does not help/assist; but, I hope this gives you some, insight; and, perspective.

"The old way" has not been taken away. It was just going directly into Family Tree, finding available ordinances, reserving them and printing cards. You can still do that. Ordinances Ready just makes it a bit easy to find those ordinances.
What you might try, however, if you, not your spouse, is in charge of getting names for a temple excursion or you only want names from your family, is to use Ordinances Ready to find a name for you, then go to that person in Family Tree. It is highly likely that the person whose name you were given has a spouse, sibling, or child that needs ordinances completed that you can reserve and print for your spouse. In fact you may find an entire extended family group that needs tons of work and find that you don't need to go back to Ordinances Ready for months.
