fuzzy image

I just got a new batch to index but the image is fuzzy and very difficult to make out. I could do some, but I feel like it wouldn't be worthwhile. How can I report this problem, as I doubt anyone can do much with it. Going to hold on to it til I get a reply.

Just an FYI, I have indexed about 1200 records now and enjoy it. I work for county government, and have done title work in the past. As are most...I am doing the best I can!

Thanks, Karen A

    You might want to share the batch code so we can see if there is anything anyone can do to improve the image.

    The batch code is the group of letters and numbers at the end of the batch title.

    @LarryClark43

    Is this it? US, New York—Index to Land Records, Grantors, 1630–1975 [Part A][MMPZ-FJY]

    I started indexing what I can for now and marking many of the fields unreadable.

    Does this help at all? I used InPixio Photo Focus Pro 4.

    @John Empoliti

    Not really, thanks though. I am just going to try to enter as much as I can make out. You can see how difficult many of the names are to decipher.

    Thank you again for taking the time.

    Hi ,

    I was going to open the batch to see how much better Johns improved image was but apparently the batch was already submitted as I couldn't open it.

    There used to be a button to return a batch specifically for image quality problems like this. I don't know what happened to it. FS ????
