Place an "Announcement" item in each category of Community to explain its purpose

I have been subject to criticism for posting my questions and "views" on indexing projects under the "Indexing" category. Also, moderators are frequently "having" to move posts from one section of Community to another.

Would it not be useful for each category - Family Tree, Search, Indexing, etc. - to have a header explaining the sort of questions / comments are appropriate for placement therein? It should be common sense, but in some cases it is difficult to know whether a post is being added to the correct category, so a little guidance would prove very useful: if only in saving the time of moderators in constantly moving posts from "A" to "B".

As an example - if this is indeed the purpose of the category - place a fixed notice at the top of "Indexing" saying:

"The purpose of posting to 'Indexing' is for indexers to obtain clarification regarding batches on which they are currently working - i.e. on project instructions, difficult to read entries and related issues. General comments and questions on indexing practices, etc. should be placed under 'General Questions' or 'Suggest an Idea'."

This would make it completely clear that comments from individuals (like me!) that don't even index should be placed elsewhere.
