Would you be so kind to correct wrong indexing, because editing is not allowed
In this record:
"Hungary Civil Registration, 1895-1980," database with images, FamilySearch (https://familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:QKDZ-JH3L : 2 July 2019), Ignácz István Manzer, 27 Jun 1904; citing Death, Gönc, Abaúj-Torna, Magyarország, Archiv der Stadt Budapest (Archive of the City), Hungary.
the correct surname is Maurer.

I have no idea why the Hungarian civil registrations (indexing ongoing) are non-correctable on FS. (Ditto in all respects for the Slovakia church books.)
You can console yourself that despite the error, the index served its purpose: you found the record.

Usually, if editing is not possible, there is a reason for it. This reason may be technical or IT related, or it may be that the Index actually belongs to or is shared with another organisation, and thus FS cannot edit it without getting their approval.

I have many years experience in searching and therefore I usually find what I am searchig for, but some people are not so fortunate. For this reason I am regularly correcting wrong indexes. But what to do if this is not allowed to me?

Some Indexes just cannot be corrected. There is nothing that you can do to correct them. Perhaps in the future they will become correctable.
