I am indexing land deeds in Delaware County N.Y I just did two name entries , it says there are 90

    I am indexing Land Deeds for Delaware County , NY it says there are 90 entries I did 2 but cant find anymore

    Hi @sandramariestrang1 . If there were only two name records on your batch image, then you only need two entries to index them and can delete the rest. Use the trashcan icon in the middle of the horizontal toolbar with the option "all blank entries" and click "Delete." Those extra entries should disappear.

    A default number of empty entries is provided for each image in a batch. It is just an estimate of how many might be needed. That default number varies by project and can be anywhere from 2 to 300. Just delete the ones you don't need, or add more if you need them (using the plus sign icon to the left of the trashcan).

    I've been putting blank in the fields in empty entries are those deleted later?

    The reviewer will delete them. Now you know how to do it properly so can move ahead!
