[Part A][MMPD-52F]

I am to put "or" between all of the aliases of the surnames? Doing all the same with given names until the next set?

Am I to put in the recorded or actual date for the date of transaction.

    Hi @NancyJean

I would index the recorded date (“date of record”) if given a choice, per the (only) example and the practice on the other Land Records projects - where it was a choice between “date of instrument and date of record.” . But I didn’t see specific guidance on this in the instructions, so the Moderators may want to check on this.

On the grantors with alternative surnames separated by commas, I would use Or between the surname alternatives in each entry as you suggested. I would ignore (not index) those names that look like “Smith see Smythe.” No transactions nor Grantors/Grantees are associated with them on this page. They may appear on their own pages separated by commas and associated with Grantors/Grantees and transactions.
