Let Ordinances ready draw from large reserved lists
I recently received a memo saying that accounts with more than 200(?) reserved would have names put into temple share or back in the tree or something so that we could have more family involvement. But there is value in leaving them in our reserved file. I have a very large extended family and I spend time encouraging family members to take names to the temple. I send them names and follow up to see that they get done. Instead of dumping them into temple share (where they could take years to get done), how about making my account (and others with large numbers of reserved names) accessible to Ordinances ready. That way, they stay in my account and I still feel responsible for them, until the work is done. I would be delighted if random family members pulled ordinances ready names from my account and did the work. And I think that others with large numbers reserved would feel the same way.
Of course, you would not want accounts with smaller numbers of reserved names treated the same way.

For you, personally, there really is no difference whether a name is on your personal list or on your shared with the temple list. They are still in your account. You can draw any name back from the shared with the temple list at any time as long as it has not been printed by a temple to complete yourself or share with family. But by moving names to that shared list, you do make it available to all your extended family, including those 10th cousins you know nothing about, through Ordinances Ready.
