On the baptism records that I am indexing the Abode and occupation are given but how do I add this

I am new to Indexing. On the batch of Baptisms that I am currently indexing am I supposed to add the Abode and Occupation to the Entry form. I cannot find a field for these items

There are only specific things that are asked to index on a form. This is controlled many times by the source of the historical record. If the form does not have a space for Abode or Occupation, you do not index that information.
