I have recently come across some batches where I can’t determine if they’re death or marriage or what. It simply has a date, an individuals name (first and last) followed by a - or = and then a list of several other individuals with their own first and last names and then the location. I’ve come across at least 2 in reviewing that have indexed them as marriage records…even though the first 2 names could be a combination of male and/or female. I’m stumped so any help is appreciated

Batch is [M3Z5-TT4]

It looks like baptisms- there's a child name, followed by father, mother, sponsors and birth/residence place.

Unfortunately, this sort of image quality is typical for Irish Catholic Church records. These images are copies of poor-quality microfilms made in the 1970s and 1980s.

I thought they were baptisms as well, but what’s odd is that it would list a surname for the first person and then what seems like two additional different surnames for the next two which would be assumed to be the parents. Regardless they are certainly not marriage records so I think baptism is the best guess.

    Thanks!!
