Is there a software glitch? Here's my problem but also please make it easier to report a problems.
I was searching for James Walsh or John Walsh in Rhode Island born around 1865-1875. Such a common surname yet only two records appeared, the second seemed 'stuck' and I could not scroll to see more of the page. After searching the Rhode Island archive site, I think this could be a software glitch in your program.

What did it say at the top about the number of results? Here's what I see if I leave More Options open:
And here's what I see if I close More Options:
Notice in both screenshots that there are two scroll bars at the far right. The outer one affects the "frame": it'll bring up the footer section and scroll the header menus ("Records", "Images", "Family Tree", etc.) off the screen, while leaving your search results stationary:
To scroll through your search results, you need to use the leftmost scroll bar. If More Options is open, then this scroll bar is to the left of that pane. If it's closed, then the relevant scroll bar is immediately next to the "outer" one.
(And now you know why every web design guideline in existence considers multiple scroll bars to be a Very Bad Idea. Unfortunately, whoever designed the current search interface monstrosity for FamilySearch either hasn't read any web design guidelines, or has decided that he/she knows better than everyone else and doesn't need to follow any guidelines.)
