Boston Tax Records - surname only

I am reviewing a batch of Boston Tax Records. https://www.familysearch.org/indexing/batch/3a4194a3-af24-4f7d-b158-297f892acb50

Towards the bottom of the page there are three surnames listed with no given names or other information. It looks like they were put there as placeholders, but there didn't end up being any entries for those surnames. Should these surnames be indexed or not? I can't find any instructions about this in the Project Instructions or Community Help.

I would index those names since they asked us to index every unique name on the image, except in the owner or remarks columns. Maybe those "placeholders" will show the researcher something that we don't understand (like, maybe it shows that the Darmody's left Boston before 1873?).

Thanks Melissa! I was thinking the same thing.
