Reviewer Report Page
Could you create a form for reviewers to report egregiously bad indexing. You already have 95% of the job done on your "Labs" page. Just use that code but put it in a form where a reviewer can tell you about a very badly indexed batch and why.
(Your labs page is usable only if the reviewer is returning the batch for reindexing. You miss a lot of batches that need to be reported.

Please hurry. I'm getting tired of all the typing I have to do to report them in "Ask A Question".

@Jerry Hill I hadn't thought of that before. I really like that idea. I've studied in paleography and see a LOT of very badly indexed batches. While a huge part of me doesn't want to discourage people from indexing, another huge part of me remembers how many times I had to manually track down a record because the indexed name was nothing like what it actually was supposed to be. It would be nice to flag indexed records that are full of mistakes because it really does affect those researching when we can't find the records because of said mistakes. Thanks for the idea. I agree.

Since there is no feedback anymore, reporting a bad batch will not discourage that person from indexing.
Actually, if they are really that bad, maybe we do need to discourage them from indexing. At a minimum, they should be directed to get training.
A person who is doing such a terrible or malicious job is not doing us any service. The bad batches they do have to be looked at by two more people anyway. Their effort did not save us any effort.

It is difficult to read the information on the indexing report. The information is shown at 31% and when making it larger you must use the scroll bar to see the information. This is not convenient when looking at a stake report because it is hard to follow which ward goes with which numbers. There is plenty of room to enlarge the window. The report use to be easily read but the changes have made it difficult.
