I am new to this site, but have a question. Are any of you having trouble when you drag and drop a photo. Sometimes it works but lots of times it does not. I can understand the file being too large, but the message it leaves is failure to load. Any ideas of what might be going on? Sharon

No, I'm not aware of any issues beyond the filetype and filesize restrictions.

Does the image meet the Guidelines ?

If it doesn't drag-n-drop - does it work if you Choose Files?

It is a local file on your machine or is it in a cloud somewhere?

Have you tried to drag and drop the same photo more than once? You may need to delete those temporary files to have your program work more efficiently. The article link below will give you information and directions. You might also check to see if your browser is up to date.

Tried your suggestions and may work a little better using firefox but still not always working. Thanks for your assistance.
