Discovery Page from Family Search
I stumbled upon the Discovery Page for my dad by following the link on his main Family Search page. I think it is fun to explore his Discovery Page and I learned a lot of interesting things.
When I was looking at some of my other ancestors' pages, it didn't have the banner to connect with their discovery pages. I know there are other ways to find it, but I would like to be able to connect directly from the Family Search page to the Discovery Page.

Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
Short Answer: NOT All (Deceased) individuals/persons, in "Family Tree" of 'FamilySearch', yet have 'Discovery Pages'.
Some individuals/persons do; whereas, some individuals/persons do not.
As an aside ...
IF, any of your Ancestors, do not yet have a "Discovery Page"; and, you REALLY want them to be available, to be found by ANYONE, undertaking an INTERNET search (for them); THEN, there is a quick and easy solution.
Here is the "Start", of the URL, for an individual/person, with a "Discovery Page":
https://ancestors.familysearch.org/
In a NEW, 'Tab'; and/or, 'Window', using the above URL, with the 'FamilySearch Person Identifier' (PID), of the particular Ancestor, appended at/to the "End", paste this URL with PID; and, select/press "Enter".
There you have it ...
A "Discovery Page" for your Ancestor.
CAUTION:
Please be aware:
▬ that NOT all Users/Patrons, want; and/or, like, "Discovery Page", of their Ancestor.
... ie. they DO NOT like the "Discovery Page", of their Ancestor, being searchable/found in an INTERNET search
▬ Once, available; or, created, the "Discovery Page", of one's Ancestor, CANNOT be "Removed".
... ie. the ONLY way to "Remove", is to have one's Ancestor, "Deleted", from "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'.
Remember:
Your Ancestors, MAY (and, is most cases, WILL) also be the Ancestors, of MANY; Many; many, OTHER Users/Patrons - one MUST be mindful of that.
[ ie. Just because, you like something, does not mean, that another User/Patron will also like such ... ]
Furthermore ...

ps: RIDER ...
Personally, I would prefer, that MY Ancestors, in "Family Tree:, of 'FamilySearch', DID NOT have "Discovery Pages"; and, thereby, being made available, to be found by ANYONE, undertaking an INTERNET search (for them) - as we have, enough TROUBLE, with INEXPERIENCED Users/Patrons, making a MESS of our Ancestors; WITHOUT, bringing and encouraging; even, MORE inexperienced Users/Patrons to "Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'.

Is there anyone that can fix glitches in this program. I would love to speak to them

That is what this Suggest An Idea page is for. It is probably best to report each glitch as a new discussion here rather than append it to an old, unrelated topic as you did here.
As appropriate the moderators will forward suggestions to the appropriate department. Be specific, clear, and detailed in your report and provide examples of the problems you are seeing as it is unlikely you will hear back from any of the developers. You will, however, likely get comments from other users who will either ask clarifying questions, confirm what you are seeing, or explain why what you see as glitches they see as beneficial features.
Through the years, many things have been corrected or improved on the website through this process.
