I am trying to sync my tree with MyHeritage but get the following message

Your FamilySearch family tree has data that is currently incompatible with tree import and sync.

Incorrect position of parents for child Lorraine Layes • GHW1-1VH:

- Parent 1: Mary Irene MacIssac • KJ5Z-1H2 (Female)

- Parent 2: Francis Reginald Layes • KJ5Z-1HF (Male)

    Welcome to the "Commuity.FamilySearch" Forum.

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    Although, I transfer "Sources", from "MyHeritage_com", to individuals/persons, in 'Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch', I DO NOT maintain a "Tree", in "MyHeritage_com"; and, therefore, do not "Synchronise", my "Ancestral" Lines, between the two.

    But ...

    That Said ...

    I have noticed difficulties of late, when transferring the "Sources", that "MyHeritage_com" has problems/issues, with recognising the individuals/person, in 'Family Tree", of 'FamilySearch'.

    Often, I have to TRY a number of times; before, "MyHeritage_com", makes the connection.

    I am aware, that there have been (a number of) recent "Changes", to "MyHeritage_com", which impacted upon, the INTERFACE between, 'FamilySearch'; and, "MyHeritage_com"; where, "MyHeritage_com", had to 'scramble' to address/fix (ie. problems/issues) relative to those "Changes" at their end.

    I am not saying that such is the case, in regards to your particular situation/circumstance ...

    But ...

    That Said ...

    IF, you give it a couple of goes, without success; THEN, I would suggest getting onto "Support", at "MyHeritage_com"; as, I would venture to suggest, that the real problem/issue, is at the "MyHeritage_com" end, rather than 'FamilySearch',

    When 'FamilySearch' makes significant "Changes", that may impact upon the INTERFACE, between them and a Partner website, 'FamilySearch' generally discusses/works through the matter, with the Partner website.

    But, if a Partner website makes "Changes"; especially, with the likes of "MyHeritage_com", I have noticed that "MyHeritage_com," more often than not, has to 'scramble' to address/fix (ie. problems/issues) relative to those "Changes" at their end.

    I am sorry, that I cannot be of any real help/assistance, in regards to your particular matter; but, I hope this may help somewhat.
