Incorrectly indexed document
I have encountered an incorrectly indexed birth year on a document that I was attaching. In looking more closely at the actual image the birth year should have been 1857 but was indexed as 1837. This error has affected 10 different baptismal records on images 122 and 123 of film #101853389.

Is there an easy way to fix this at Family Search? Or should I go in and correct each record individually by searching the individuals involved? This could really cause some mismatched children and parents
Thank, Linda McLean

Hi Linda,
I have reported this to the engineers. Hopefully something can be done with the all entries of the two images - pages 122 and 123.
Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention.
I wish you well with your research .

Hi Linda,
We have ascertained that there are maybe only two images - 122 and 123 that have this problem. You can edit the record if you wish to.
Go to the page where the image appears, hover your mouse near the left end of the entry, in the bottom box, for the person.
A page icon will appear. Left click on it and you will have the option to Edit the entries.
If you are feeling very generous you may like to do both images! We have already done one name - both birth and christening.
