Problem with project details

I thought I'd have a go at transcribing, so I looked for a UK project. I have some ancestors from Lincolnshire so I thought I'd have a go at the Lincs marriage allegations. I looked at the example of how to do it, which was about a "George Nowol" but I think it's George Newel (in secretary hand e looks like o) and someone has transcribed it wrongly? If so, this is a bit worrying. Can someone have a look? Thanks

I hadn't noticed that in the example before but you are correct. Many indexers don't recognise the 'back to front' e . It's a bit worrying that they have indexed it incorrectly and used it as an example. Well done for attempting these. Some of them are very faint and I find I need to adjust the image a lot.

Hopefully someone with a bit of influence will read your comment and take action.
