There is a 'Group', in the "Groups" Section, of the "Community.FamiluSearch" Forum, that you may wish to consider.
The members of the 'Groups', are generally, more than willing, to help/assist, where they can.
Some of the 'Groups', have additional "Resources", that can help/assist.
Please be aware, that one must "Join" a 'Group', in order to post in a 'Group'.
Here is the particular 'group' that I would humbly suggest:
Pacific Islands Genealogy Research
Description:
A group for those interested in Pacific Island genealogy research to share resources, offer trainings, tips, and get answers from others.
https://community.familysearch.org/en/group/146-pacific-islands-genealogy-research

In my Stake of the Church, in Australia, our local "Family History Centre" of the Church, has quite a number of FHL Films (and, I think, maybe some Microfiche) pertaining to various Records in "Samoa"; as, we have a Samoan Ward (of the Church) in our Stake.
And, I have helped the Members of that Samoan Ward with 'looking' through some of those many FHL Films (and, I think, maybe Microfiche).
Depending on where you are located/live/reside, contact me, by sending me a ("Private") 'Message', through "Messaging' in the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
IF, you have any problems/issues with doing that; THEN, let me know here, in this post of yours; and, I will 'Message" you first, to make the initial contact.
Again ...
Good luck.
I hope that these may also help. somewhat.

G'Day, Cuz,
( from across the 'Tasman' ... )
FYI
In this "Communiy.FamilySearch" Forum ...
There are two (x2) ways; but, the easiest is ...
Select my "Contact Name', in "Blue", at the TOP of any of my 'Comments':
▬ when that page/screen opens, select "Message"
▬ compose you message; then, select "Post Message"
Done.
I will let you give that a go.
Brett
ps: Our City/State is just starting to come out of "Lockdown" ...
Our "Family History Centre" of the Church, has been "Closed", since the forced "Lockdown".
First Sunday, back at Church, was the Sunday just past.
I have asked/enquired, IF/WHEN, we can "Open" the FHC again - hopefully, not too long.
