I've been doing a lot of reviewing the last few weeks and I just want to say a big thank you to all the great indexers out there. It's easy to say something negative about people not reading or following the instructions to a tee. Rather than criticize someone's efforts, I just want to say thank you. Thank you for taking the time. For puzzling through the hard ones. For showing up.

    Janice,

Thank you for noticing and appreciating the many indexers who do their best. Anyone can do some indexing and there are new projects popping up all the time. More indexers, from beginners to highly experienced, or specialists, are always welcome! Just contact your local Family History Centre to volunteer!

Please spread the word in your communities!

    Janice,

Thank you! I am a new indexer here, but have more than 20 years experience in the "real" world, working for my local county Auditor's (tax records) office and prior to that deed research for a private co.

I wish there was a way to get feed back on my work, but maybe in time.

So anyway, I have been doing as best as I can & if we were all perfect, they wouldn't need reviewed right?

    Thanks again, it means alot,

    Karen, A
