I cannot 'Print"

I will need some names for my family & the possibillity to "Print" is not working ..Thank you for any help or answer if it is due to Maintenance

What I find works is if you pull the plug out of the printer at the back and then plug it in again as you would turning off a computer and then on again this can get your printer started at home. I have just printed off a family group sheet ok. Hope this helps.
