If I've created a Story in memories in FamilySearch and then want to print a copy of the story, is there a way to do that, other than to copy and paste the story into a Word document, delete all the extraneous characters, and then print from Word? It seems like the "Actions" menu should have a print function for printing the story. The "Actions" allows you to download the story, but it downloads as a .txt file, and loses all the pictures attached in the story.

Unfortunately at this time there is not a better way to print a story from memories. Here is an article from the help center that describes what you have already discovered.

We wish we could be of more help. Maybe someone will weigh in with some alternatives.

    Best Wishes.

one of the easiest ways is simply to copy and paste to a word processor and print from there

then you can control the format exactly as you wish
