Can someone help me determine if this person did this work correctly? only 4 images

I am not sure if this person was lazily doing things or if this was the actual case with these records.

    Those records do not fit into the categories listed for indexing. They are more like court documents, subpoenas.

    Index declarations of intention, certificates of naturalization, petitions for naturalization, petitions for citizenship, oaths of allegiance, or naturalization cards.

    The indexer was correct to mark them No,No Extractable Data.
