    Those records do not fit into the categories listed for indexing. They are more like court documents, subpoenas.

    Index declarations of intention, certificates of naturalization, petitions for naturalization, petitions for citizenship, oaths of allegiance, or naturalization cards.

    The indexer was correct to mark them No,No Extractable Data.
