I have a listing that was published by Genealoger: "Pomeranian Genealogy, Kreis Deutsch Krone Church Records", it indicates that it was microfilmed by the Genealogical Society of Utah. My great grandfather was born in this region and I am wondering if and how I may access these records. I would very much appreciate a reply to my email: walrus [email protected] Many thanks,

Walter Karlau

    The listing:

    https://www.genealoger.com/german/pommern/kreis%20church%20records/deutsch_krone.htm

It appears easier to locate records in Search Images:

    https://www.familysearch.org/records/images/search-results?page=1&place=7786061

    Are these helpful?

It also looks like various locations can be found in the Catalog and the images have various restrictions to viewing online - for example:

It looks like you have to visit a Family History Center to view these records. You can see a map of them here: https://www.familysearch.org/fhcenters/locations/

The map also shows Affiliate Libraries, but be sure to not get the two confused, as you will NOT be able to view the records at an Affiliate Library. You should also ring ahead before visiting as the opening hours listed on the map are often out of date.
