Tax Records no given name?

im doing this batch and when it has a listing with just a surname, it wasnt indexed. should i add them in as new entries or was the indexer correct in leaving them out? This is the second batch in a row ive seen do this.

    I took the following information from the Project Instructions.

    Index all names except those listed in the "Owner" or "Remarks" columns, or names of companies or trusts.

    So you are suppose to index all names regardless if they have first names. You do not index businesses.

    You will need to insert the names before submitting.
