Use "Unspecified" instead of "Other" for the default on the language

On the image above on a person's name entry, "Other" is the default. I was explaining to my husband how he can change the language by clickingon the down arrow and choosing a language. He was really confused by the word "Other" and assumed it meant "Other than English." May I suggest this be changed to "Unspecified" or "Not specified" to avoid confusion.

Except that 90% of the time, "other" doesn't mean "unspecified". It means "not on the list (at the time of entry)". For example, Hungarian names entered more than a couple of years ago are generally labeled "other" for the language, because Hungarian wasn't an option yet then.

I use "other" specifically for names that are in Latin, which is still not on the list.

@Julia Szent-Györgyi that also makes sense. I hadn't thought of that. But unspecified would still work because it would mean "not on the list" in that case. Then, when, a language is added, you can specify it at that time.

I agree that Latin should be included since so many of the old records latinize the names.
