I am indexing us tax records. Instructions says not to index duplicate names, but if the

name is recorded in the same image but in several different lines with different names separating them. Is tat considered a duplicate name? example row 1 John, row 2 Paul, row 3 Mike, row 4 John, row 5 Jack

Is John a duplicate?

    Do you have a Shared Batch code so we can look at this? It helps us give you an accurate answer. The Shared batch code is at the end of the Project Name, is 7 numbers and letters, starts with the letter 'M' and is enclosed in brackets.
