Re-locate location of Scroll Bars
I've received two feedbacks this week re. location of the scroll bar on the search results page
"I don't like the new nested scroll bars. It is much harder to navigate the records than the old page."
"the feedback button is directly over the scroll bar. this makes it difficult to use the scrollbar. Yes, the feedback button is what I used to make this critique. I've used that button once. I use the scroll bar a countless number of times."

I had called in last night, and at the lady's suggestion I did so again this morning. I got nothing except skirting around responsibility for poor site development and maintenance. I could not be transferred to a supervisor, as they do not take calls. Reaching tech is impossible. My issue is I can not get the scroll bar to function, nor the site in general once on the results page. The old was was easier and fun. I do research in numerous sites as I help others with their trees, and I do personal sites as well. This is the only site I have trouble with. Why can't they make a correction. I know I am not the only person having this issue.

I don't know of a specific solution for the scrollbar not working.
I am guessing - are you using an older macOS? Are you using Firefox/Safari?
You could try a different browser OR first make sure you are up-to-date - to see if that helps.
If your operating system is older - update as much as you can.
