Re-locate location of Scroll Bars

I've received two feedbacks this week re. location of the scroll bar on the search results page

"I don't like the new nested scroll bars. It is much harder to navigate the records than the old page."

"the feedback button is directly over the scroll bar. this makes it difficult to use the scrollbar.  Yes, the feedback button is what I used to make this critique. I've used that button once. I use the scroll bar countless number of times."
