I am trying to merge my Mother's two records now that she has passed. The two ID numbers are LF4H-FL6 (Keep) and GH1Z-W9G (Merge). When I try to merge them I get this message:

I realize her father "Enoch Welling Taylor" has his record as Read-Only. How can I merge the records for my Mother???

    We are so sorry for the loss of your mother. We are forwarding your request to a specialized department for handling. If needed, they will contact you.

    @karenbroadhead

    The specialty team will access this discussion and see your additional comment. Please be advised that it may take time, because they can get very busy, and they take cases in the order received.

    @karenbroadhead As a comment on your situation of merging the two records for your Mother. The record that is a read-only record associated to your mother is her father Enoch Welling Taylor, ID# KWCD-N8Z. Please wait until your request has been reviewed.

    Now my Mom has 3 records. I’m not sure how to resolve this issue. Is there a number for the “speciality team” I can contact?

    @LDS Search Test This is the message I get when I try to merge the two new records. Mom's correct record is LF4H-FL6. Thanks for the idea.
