Individuals whose information has been in Family Search for many years and have all of their temple ordinances completed should not be subject to being changed. At one point, individuals in Family Search/Family Tree could be deleted. Fortunately, that action was removed. However, that action can be circumvented by deleting relationships. I regularly find that ancestors of mine who have had all of their temple ordinances completed have had their relationships deleted. Individuals are now in the system without a spouse or without a parent or without a family. I spend hours searching through the list of changes, trying to find and restore the relationship that has been deleted.

If there are individuals who find additional information on an ancestor, or a different spelling of a name or place, or an alternative name, they could just add that information to the accurate information that has been in the system for years. A person's relationship should not be allowed to be deleted. If the submitter feels the information is totally inaccurate, they could add a new individual, but should not be able to replace an existing individual or relationship.
