Merging two individuals and getting an error of "unknown individuals" and "no valid ID"

I am trying to merge Currence Pratt (M3ZT-Y5V) with a duplicate Currence Pratt (MHJS-B46) listed as her sister to the same parents. Under tools it lists a possible duplicate and when I try to merge them (trying both the merge tool or physically typing in their ID numbers) I get an error that shows [Unknown Name] for both individuals and "unknown" for their ID numbers. Also a merge warning that states "At least 1 of the 2 people cannot be found. Include valid IDs." Could use some help here. Thanks

Carol Pratt

There appears to be a temporary problem with the merge process. Hopefully this will be passed to the engineers if it does not resolve itself.

Is CDBurk another of your user names?
