Better Formatting for Phone / Help for Kind of Entry

I have a very large phone, but the area for the registry image is too small because all the data-entry areas, etc., take up so much space. It would make it easier if those areas were proportionately smaller, or could adjusted by the user. Also, I can't even work on the Blackburn UK project bc there's no indication about what type of records they are (baptism, etc.).
