What Happened to "Recent Collectons" Page?
FamilySearch has always had a page listing its Collections by country and U.S. State. The same page also allowed you to see what recent Collections had been added or updated.
After years of building my tree with FamilySearch I no longer want to search by name unless I have some idea that there might be some new information to find in FamilySearch.
Now I can't find this page in FamilySearch anymore? Is this information still available? Can someone tell me how to access it?
Appreciate any help with this.
Regards,
Howard

From the new home search page, select Browse all Collections.
Or bookmark: https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/list/

Welcome to the "Community.FamilySearch" Forum.
I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
We still receive "E-mails" of, "Updates" to VARIOUS; and, the "Addition" of NEW, "Collections" (being BOTH, Indexing"; and/or "Images"), in 'FamilySearch'; but, certainly NOT as frequently as we used to.
As an aside ...
Here is the LIST of "Historical Record Collections" available in 'FamilySearch', that is "Updated":
https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/list/
I hope this helps, somewhat.

Monthly updates of new and revised collections are found at https://www.familysearch.org/en/blog/.

You can still view by Collection. It is on the bottom left of the updated search landing page.

In Howard's case (a specific interest in US records, it would appear), perhaps it might be better for him to use the BROWSE PLACES link instead. After clicking on the map, he can choose a particular state or use the link to https://www.familysearch.org/search/location/united-states-of-america for details of all US collections, including the date of the last update for each.

Both the Collections and the Places list provide the ability to choose a particular state and they both include the last update for each collection.

Thanks for pointing that out. I only noticed a couple of days ago that the world map is still there, in spite of other users claiming it had completely vanished. It's going to be a steep learning curve for many of us!

Thank you one and all for your recommendations. I can now reliably find the page and have also bookmarked it.
