Prioritizing Names Shared with the Temple

Hello,

I have many names added to my tree with all the new hints available; and therefore, have many names that need to have their work done. I am the only active member in my family and need to share most of them with the temple to have their work done.

I have noticed that names are being done, and I am grateful for that! But there are certain names that I have been waiting to get done for a long time.

Is there a way that a priority can be placed on names that we share with the temple so that their work can be done sooner than others? I know that we can share them with individuals, but if we don't know someone to give it to, this would be a way of getting certain names done first. Everyone seems to have their own family members they want to do.

Currently the names shared to the shared temple list are available only to your local temple and to Ordinances Ready. Other people who are related to these people in your list can reserve their ordinances via Ordinances Ready. This is why you are seeing some of the ordinances being completed.

If your local temple is like many temples, the patrons are coming with their own family names and so the need to pull ordinances from the shared list is limited.

In the future, all the temples will pull names from a shared list (not specific to the temple district) and the oldest ordinances on the list will be done first. Once this happens, you will see your older shared ordinances start to be completed.
