Hmm, they should be united through Couple - Relationship - which allows you to enter/edit marriage information. But if they are separate you may need to add one to the other as a spouse (typically an add spouse + is available). Are your parents married or separate? It might help if you private message any moderator here - they could view each of your parents IDs and then help you Edit their Couple-Relationship. A moderator typically has a caricature avatar/icon and MOD after their name.

I hope this gets the Tree united for you.

You can send a private message using the envelope icon (upper right next to your profile icon - here in Community) but first you need to have the name of a MOD to message.

I shall infer from your comments that your parents are still alive. As such living persons are maintained in a private space available only to the creator of the records. Normally one would Add parents on the Family Members page. IF your parents are in the system mistakenly as deceased persons then that situation should be corrected by deleting the death information. However, IF you did not create that record then it will disappear from your view because it is visible only to the creator of the record. In that case you should start from your record and add a bridge record for your parents and their parents (if living) until you reach the deceased person's records.

If this process is a little heavy for you please click on Help (circle with ?) and at the bottom of that popup click on Contact Us then scroll down to get our phone number and hours of operation, ask for Family Tree and we will be glad to assist you live.
