Fan Chart Email
I recieved an email about using the fan chart but when I try to view it I get a message about it only being viewable in Japan and that I can log in by contacting Family Search Support and log in.
I have no idea what this means or how to fix it. Please help.

Have you tried to access your own Fan Chart? I can access mine without a problem, log in and see how it goes for your. It might just be a glitch in the system or do you have Japanese ancestors? Which could mean they have a problem.
I would suggest that you log on through your personal FamilySearch page and not through an email link.
One thing you can also try it to reset your Family Search cookies? It is good practice to do this regularly anyway.
Go to
https://www.familysearch.org/cookies
and just click on the yes button,

Yes please send us a screen shot of that message in Japanese. We would like to forward it so a person who knows that language to tell you what is says.
