Help needed - computer issue that affected tree
In my Bensch family tree I was sorting the Klabunde branch (paternal grandmother line) when suddenly the main name and generation were repeated several times thus making a total mess. Could FamilySearch rectify this, if possible. I need to delete the continuous generations that repeat the information and I believe also the repeated attachments.
I am really sorry and don't understand how this 'glitch' occurred.

If I understand correctly you have a "loop" in your pedigree. where a child is listed as a parent of his parent so it keeps going back and forth. This article will help you:

Also, as @886EZL indicated it appears that you have a Looping Pedigree issue. Review the article that @886EZL provided. If you are still having problems please provide the FamilySearch ID for Klabunde branch of your tree where the looping begins. Hello Again: I tried to merge some people but I'm told that I cannot merge parents and children. The beginning of the loop is at klabunde ID K1WJ - B24 and K1WJ - WVZ.
If you see the tree the "loop" is continuous and there is a large mess.
