Hi @StewartEarlene1 . On my iPad I can open your batch just fine. I’ll show you later. So, your problem might be that your browser needs to be cleaned up (clear cookies, etc). The Knowledge Article whose link I’ve posted below will tell you how to do that, starting with the most localized way (FS Cookies only) and proceeding from there.
Here is how your batch looks in Step 2 on my iPad. Apologies for the size Moderators, but I cannot see the icons to make the image smaller. This is an iPad issue that I have reported.
if the steps in the article don’t help, then maybe someone else has other ideas. Good luck.

It is ok John, no worries for the size of your image.
It sounds like @StewartEarlene1 is marking Step 1 Yes, to index the image, then click on Next to mark Yes the following images.
Once you finish marking all images Yes, the system should switch into Step 2 (entries) which brings up the Entries to enter the information from the document.
And yes, follow John directions on clearing cookies on your system.
Need to know if you get a blank page, or any warning instead.
Also try, re starting your computer, and change your browser. ( Firefox, Chrome, Microsoft edge, or safary if it is apple)
Are you using a tablet, telephone, desktop computer, or lap top.
Let us know of any change.

Thanks! It had been awhile since I had indexed a similar batch and I had forgotten that you had to go through all of the images before the indexing form would come up.
