How do I find reference to a Certificate of Baptism and Confirmation for Theodore Snyder?

The Baptism was in Kearney, Nebraska and entered into church records (A33019) in June of 1929. Per my records his name was Theodore Snider born on 10 Nov 1904 in Henderson, York, Nebraska. How do I make these changes when the document is found?
