Yesterday my batches quit loading, saying "not available, find another" on all available batches. After phone calls, clearing cookies, etc decided to try another browser. That solved the problem, but I'm hoping some tech people see this are are looking into why my Chrome browser wouldn't load buy Fire Fox did. Hope this can be solved as is don't want to change browsers every time I index.
How many batches did you have yesterday? Did you end up having to return them all and download a new batch?
It might have to do with your browser security or add-on/extension security - in order to answer the question better we would need to know more about your system. What operating system, version of Chrome, I assume there hasn't been any change in your network or settings (not typically messing with the router etc)? Have you tried a cold reboot - shutdown computer for a minute or two, then restart? I have seen other users - on Firefox I think was the last one - where this actually helped - maybe there was a browser update looking to get finished or something?
Anyway troubleshooting this type of thing can take a while and you will want to see if a particular setting change has the desired effect. Let us know if you need some pointers after trying a few things...
I agree with you - it was working in Chrome - we don't necessarily know what changed - but yes - it should keep working in Chrome ... to check for Chrome up-to-date go to 3-dot menu (upper right corner in Chrome> Settings> About Chrome (left-hand side bottom)...
