date question again.

It is my understanding that when it says: joined 15th.

That indicates the date they joined that particular company not when they enlisted, so in this batch the roster date should have been used for all men listed.

Is that correct??

Yes, in this batch without a column titled Date of Enlistment (or such), the roster date is used for all entries.
